a- Management and control of construction projects
  • We utilize the latest techniques and forms to provide efficient management tools
    for follow up, monitoring and control to assure successful performance and
    completion of the construction project and in accordance with the
    specifications      

b- Arbitration
  • As an ex-board member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Society and a ember of the
    International Institute of Arbitrators (UK), we are aware of the arbitration rules
    whether ICC, or Unicitral or local rules of some countries
  • We have conducted and were part of arbitration committees in different cases
  • Our knowledge applies to international arbitration cases as well as local cases

c- Claims "Preparation, analysis and advice"
  • Our knowledge of the different types of conditions of contract particularly the FIDIC
    form and other local forms encouraged different clients to approach us to assist them
    in preparation of their claims or to analyse or give advice with respect to claims they
    are either preparing or receiving from their customers

d- Quantity Surveying " preparation, checking and verifying"
  • We prepare bills of quantities for different types of contracts such as traditional
    remeasured contracts, lump sum contracts, EPIC contracts
  • We follow the standard method of measurement or customs tailored Bills of
    quantities or CSI index to build the bills of quantities
  • The types of projects are mainly Civil in nature and in some cases we include
    mechanical or industrial projects related to  civil works
  • We associate and use the expertise of specialized and professional quantity
    surveyors

e- Planning and scheduling
  • We do planning and scheduling of construction projects using advanced project
    scheduling programs
  • The work involves establishing the schedule, resource loading, updating, cost
    loading, progress reporting, resource utilization, actual expenditures vs planned,
    etc.
  • Experienced planners are carrying out such works

f- Estimation and pricing of construction projects
  • From our knowledge and experience of different construction markets particularly
    in the gulf area and the middle east, we are handling the pricing of different types
    of construction projects
  • The estimates can be rough estimates as a preliminary or impact estimates and
    can be a very detailed estimates depending on the clients needs and the stage of
    the construction process
  • We follow up the fluctuation of prices of construction in the different markets to
    maintain an updated knowledge and provide the best services to our clients
